                         12-bit input DN value, as described by the           
                         corresponding row on which the data appear.  As      
                         an example, for a 12-bit input DN value of 100,      
                         the values used for tables 0 through 7 are           
                         provided on line 100 in the first through            
                         eighth fields of this comma-separated-value
