XGRS Command Log Description

This document lists the start time and basic configuration                     
parameters for the start collection of each dataset by the NEAR XGRS.          
                                                                               
The following fields are recorded:                                             
                                                                               
1.      Year -                                                                 
        The calendar year in which the observation commenced. (0000-9999)      
                                                                               
2.      DOY- The day of year (001-366) on which observation commenced.         
                                                                               
3.      HH:MM:SS -                                                             
        Universal time at the commanded start of each operation                
        (0-24, hrs:mins:seconds)                                               
                                                                               
4.      XGRS_Command Set                                                       
        Mode of XGRS operation; sets mode of data collection.
